The Big Easy
Oh, Ladies....I really miss you.
A year ago today, I was leaving for London in 5 days. Is that even possible that it has been a year!!?? I so wish I was doing it all over again...and meeting Chels, Whit and Gina in London the first time they were there!!
So...I have a few fun little life tidbits to share:
1. I'm going to New Orleans this weekend for a mission trip with my chruch. It should be interesting, probably a little sad, and definitely eye-opening. We're going to be cleaning muck out of houses....it's going to be weird seeing people's belongings just sort of entombed in the mud that Katrina left. I'll have to let you know the details when I return.
2. Next Wednesday and Thursday, my sister and I are going to Chicago....TO SEE MADONNA!!!!!!!!! We are so excited. I wanted to do something with my sis before I leave for Boston next fall b/c I just don't know when we'll have time to do something like this again in the next few years. We are so pumped to see her though...she's such a legend!!!
Other than that, not much else is new. I keep thinking of you, Chelsie, with your big day only a few weeks away...WOW!!! How is Rockford, by the way?? happenin'?? Just kidding. :-)
Ok...I'm off to do some work, but I love ya all and miss you loads.
